- That post from that idiot named "Stauf" is what we on Usenet
- call a "troll" as in totally useless/pointless/stupid post
- only meant as flamebait.

- I look at it and still see that horrible ugly piece of crap
- win3.1 GUI. Yeah, yeah, I know about the win95 interface,
- but it still doesn't ship with it...

-
- Wow! What fabulous wonders this "New Technology" brings us!
- NT will run *16-bit* OS/2 apps, not the 32-bit apps that
- most OS/2 users actually use. I don't know of anybody running
- any 16-bit OS/2 apps. As for POSIX, I have talked to two
- people who have tried the POSIX libs under NT and they all
- mention the term "basically useless."
-
- So I could run Mach on my computer and run BSD, Linux, GNU Hurd,
- DOS, MacOS, OS/2, and maybe NeXTSTEP and OSF/1 all at the same
- time. You are talking about running different apps on the same
- OS. Mach will actually let you run the OS (well kind of...)

- I can't wait for that 32-bit solitaire! Best windoze app
- I've ever seen!

- I never would have known that "networking is the way things are
- going" if it wasn't for Microsoft telling me that...

-
- Wow, just the concept seems so new to me. I'd rather just have
- a multiuser OS and hook a couple of dumb or X terminals up to it
- and let my nonexistant children use it at the same time as I am.

- I guess this implies Windows users are stupid?

- No thanks, I'm not interested in any "New Technology" from M$.
